WHAT DO WE PROVIDE?
CONSULTANCY, COORDINATION and STYLING – Seamlessly Orchestrated Elegance
Our fees are based on the complexity of services provided, the amount of linked events to plan and coordinate, the number of guests and the location.
During the planning process, a professional planner will always be in touch with you by email, telephone and video call, while the other planners and assistants will be the ones behind the scene, contacting vendors and keeping you updated on everything.
She will create a shared folder online that will be constantly updated and, together with the art director, will amaze you with the perfect wedding design and styling for your wedding day. Last but not least! She will follow you onsite with her assistants during the site inspection, the wedding and any other related events.
Our service also includes all necessary inspections and venue walk-throughs with suppliers, in order to guarantee the event organization.
We will provide you during the planning, regular wedding reports by e-mail and an updated budget to keep you on track.

Thanks to our selected vendors, we can provide a complete luxury wedding planning service for weddings all-over our Country, Greece and Spain. Everything is customized on our clients needs, we carefully listen and create the impeccable design for every wedding, making all of them unique and unforgettable.
HOW DO WE WORK?
At CheChic!, we understand that planning your special day is a significant journey, and our exceptional organizational skills ensure it’s a smooth one. Each couple is paired with a dedicated planner who creates a personalized online folder. This sacred space is regularly updated with essential documents, including budget files, payment schedules, and a detailed timeline, along with individual folders for each supplier.
We prioritize clear communication, utilizing the folder to keep you informed while also being available for email and video meetings whenever you need us. Our attention to detail means you’ll never feel unsupported throughout the planning process.
To provide the highest level of service, we accept only 15 couples per year. This allows us to focus on you, ensuring that your vision is brought to life with both care and efficiency. We look forward to being a part of your celebration!

IS THERE A SPECIFIC BUDGET REQUIREMENT TO ENGAGE OUR SERVICES?
Crafting a budget for a couple involves gathering extensive details about their preferences, needs, and expectations.
The budget is influenced by factors such as the number of guests, planned events (it’s usual to add a welcome dinner and post-wedding farewell), and the chosen region, where costs can vary.
For weddings with a starting guests count of 100, we recommend a minimum investment from 1,500€ to 2.500€ per guest for a delightful wedding day and from 2,500€ for a luxury wedding experience. Other events are quoted separetly.
Smaller weddings may incur higher per-guest quotes, as fixed prices remain consistent regardless of the number of guests.

Inviting your guests to travel to Italy, celebrating together your wedding, could be a once in a life experience that the couple usually like to extend to several celebration’s days.
That’s why we can add to your wedding planning, the consultancy, styling and coordination of extra events that will let you and your guest fully enjoyig this experience.
In regards with travelling to a foreign Country there could be also the issue of finding hotels or arranging transfer service for all your guests. This is the reason why we decided to provide our clients with the best dedicated concierge experience.
There will be a dedicated person who will manage to suggest or book hotels for your guests, will plan their transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the wedding venue and back.
She’ll also be in charge to coordinate all these travels on the wedding week end.
These services are quoted separately according to the type of assistance required.
