CONSULTANCY, COORDINATION and STYLING
Our fees are based on the complexity of services provided, the amount of linked events to plan and coordinate, the number of guests and the location.
During the planning process, a professional planner will always be in touch with you by email, telephone and video call, while the other planners and assistants will be the ones behind the scene, contacting vendors and keeping you updated on everything.
She will create a shared folder online that will be constantly updated and, together with the art director, will amaze you with the perfect wedding design and styling for your wedding day. Last but not least! She will follow you onsite with her assistants during the site inspection, the wedding and any other related events.
Our service also includes all necessary inspections and venue walk-throughs with suppliers, in order to guarantee the event organization.
We will provide you during the planning, regular wedding reports by e-mail and an updated budget to keep you on track.
